Owners very enthusiastic and helpful, good multi-linguists. Obviously very proud of their property and their produce- there's a wine and food evening that is good quality and fun. The property is bigger than the photos suggest, and the pool is only standard size- SO it is very crowded round the pool area and you have to get there early to 'reserve' space and/or chairs. This was a big disappointment- the units are clearly heavily advertised to families and it gets very busy, with plenty of children running around sand competition for water space! Seating was wholly inadequate and poor quality plastic.
Friendliness and help of owners
As said, the property is too big for small families- would be better for multiple families wanting to be together.

Très reposant
Anna et Romano sont très accueillants et prévenants. L'endroit est calme et très charmant, à l'écart de la ville, au milieu des vignes et au bord d'un bois. La propriété est bien entretenue et le logement (Giardino) parfaitement propre et pratique. La piscine et ses abords sont nickels. La terrasse commune à tous les locataires est agréable, très spacieuse, on ne se marche pas dessus. Et des barbecues en dur sont à disposition. Toutes les fenetres des logements sont équipés de moustiquaires, ce qui est indispensable en raison des moustiques très agressifs.
le prix du wi-fi à 5 euros/heure est rébarbatif.

Accueil très chaleureux, vacances reposantes, de très bons souvenirs...
Grande disponibilité de la propriétaire. Appartements typiques et spacieux. Belle piscine. De très bons repas organisés par la propriétaire.

Logement un peu "simple" mais
Cadre très reposant et soigneusement entretenu. Propriétaires attachants qui savent rendre service en toute discrétion et efficacité. En faite emplacement idéal pour toute la toscane Ouest, trains pratiques pour laisser la voiture inutile à Florence.
Logement un peu "simple" Il manquait un véritable lit pour nos deux enfants. Banquette lit décrite va en banquette mais pour dormir manque de confort.

Accommodations a bit sterile. We got lost trying to find it- maybe our problem!
