fantastic Holiday!
Breathtaking views, amazing colour and creepy Italian trees.....just love em. Wonderful breakfast every morning.Clean and spacious rooms,for 5 people. We were made to feel very welcome by Lucia, with her orange cake and pine nut cookies. Will be back!
Pool not heated!No big deal.

Amazing views of Tuscany
The property was beautiful with some stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The apartment was nicely furnished and very clean. Lucia was very helpful in planning our daily excursions to the surrounding towns. Antica Fornace is well located so that there is plenty of villages within driving distance to visit.

The warmest welcome!
Lovely stay! We received the warmest welcome ever and Lucia was more than happy to help you with itineraries, daily trip suggestions and ideas for markets and restaurants. We had initially booked for four days but decided to stay 2 additional days since we were so pleased by the quiet spot we had found! 1 to 2 hour far from many great locations (Pisa, Sienna, beach, ...) Antica Fornace is very well suited for young couples!

We are a family with children (neither babies nor teenagers). We stayed for 4 nights and loved it. The surrounding hillside towns are very nice for walking / running around in as are the surrounding villages.
We loved the location and people.
The internet was spotty (not that you should be online when you're in Peccioli). The place is hard to find.

Un muy buen desayuno pero echamos de menos productos salados de la tierra (pane, pomodori, formaggio, grana, oleo, prociuto...)

Idyllic Location.
The building is very attractive and immaculately maintained. The pool is fabulous and the views are fantastic. The service from Lucia is friendly and super efficient. Nothing was ever too much trouble!
The only improvement I could think of would be to have outside tables & chairs on each terrace to facilitate comfortable outside dining.

Nice house in the countryside, very helpfull staff, clean, italian breakfast
staff, size of rooms, large pool, nic surroundings (vineyards, olive trees, hills)
internet did not work during our stay (but likely some temporary failure), to reach the sea it takes some 50minutes (to cross the mountaints)

le rêve, vive la toscane.
le superbe cadre, le calme,une propriétaire très sympa et dévouée (ne sais dire que quelques mots en français mais sais se faire comprendre). surtout le superbe coucher de soleil admiré depuis la terrasse un verre de chianti à la main.

Wonderful vacation, we will for sure go back.
Well placed for visiting most of interesting cities in tuscany. The best place to see the real tuscany. The owner are very friendly, open and always willing to suggest nice places to visit.
Not possible to have dinner at the agriturismo.

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was beautiful and just what we imagined a Tuscan getaway would be. The owner Lucia was wonderful and so helpful in everyway. It felt like it was a home away from home. We cannot wait to go back here. We traveled with kids and my parents and we all LOVED it.

Owner was VERY helpful and the surroundings were stunning!
The owner went out of her way to help us. She made us dinner reservations at wonderful restaurants every night as well as suggested various activities for us in the near-by towns and provided us with maps and driving directions.
It is not within walking distancs to any stores or restaurants but I wouldn't want to be without a car in Tuscany so it didn't bother us.

Very relaxing holiday
Excellent accomodation, Lucia very attentive and very helpful. Beautiful setting and very relaxing. Grounds are beautiful and the pool was lovely too.
Description of nearest town did not say by car so this disappointed us. When it stated that it was near the town of cedri I didnt realise that this was just houses there. This was our honeymoon and though that I was picking somewhere we could walk to for eating this was a misunderstanding on my part also but should be phrased differently maybe.( Very nervous drivers!!)

The perfect getaway!
The location was fantastic with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. We were warmly welcomed by Lucia who runs the agritourismo with her partner Daniele. Lucia ensured that we had the perfect honeymoon and even managed to rent us a car! The breakfast and evening meal (once a week) were both excellent and the apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We will be returning as it exceeded our expectations.

we drove 2200 km from norway and it was worth every km. we were a little sceptical as to the description but it could not show the beautiful area around. lucia the host smiled from the day we arrived to the last breakfast.guess where we will be in 2011 - Tuscany!!

Owners were extremely friendly and welcoming. Every day we were welcomed with a friendly smile and made to feel at home.
The setting was fantastic with great views of the Tuscan landscape. A great place to relax.
The restaurant was only open on a Saturday evening.The food so good it would have been nice to eat there another evening too.

Petit déjeuner un peu succinct. Pas de connexion internet Le "supplément" climatisation. Nous étions 7 et pour cuisiner c'était un peu juste en ustensiles de cuisine. CEPENDANT JE N'AI PAS DEMANDE A LUCIA QUI M'AURAIT CERTAINEMENT TOUT FOURNI.Donc faites le si vous êtes nombreux Tout ce que je cite ne remets pas en cause mes prochaines vacances à Peccioli, je l'ai d'ailleurs déjà conseillé à mes amis.

Ystävällinen henkilökunta, paikka erittäin siisti ja hyvin pidetty,erittäin rauhallinen ja rentouttava, emännän tekemä viikonloppu illallinen oli hyvä ja kohtuuhintainen.
Omistajat neuvoivat ja kävivät netissä tutkimassa kun kysyi jotain näkemisen arvoista paikkaa, nämä olivat tarpeen mm. paikalliset markkinat,kaupat,ravintolat ja nähtävyydet Toscanassa.

This was a dream location and facility! Beautiful all around, and Lucia was more than accommodating, even cooking one night for all the guests. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was extremely well finished. The only thing that would have made our stay ideal would be having wireless internet access on site.

Relaxing holiday on a charming place
Very nice and helpfull owners, very clean accomodation, really nice setting!
It should have a table and chairs outside on the balconys and on the terrasse. Otherwise you have to transport the table from the inside out to dine outside.

Great relaxation
It is a place you never forget: can a be a relaxing holiday for a family, and an extraordinarily romantic place for a couple. Very tidy, beautiful surroundings, clean and comfortable accomodation, good place to stay to have various programs: sightseeing in Pisa (1h drive)or Volterra (beautiful town), long walks in the countryside, visiting the sea...it was a nice vacation.

Located on top of a hill, with fantastic panoramic view, surrounded by wineyards and olives. Big, nicely furnished rooms, very clean. Big and clean swimming pool. Good breakfasts. Located halfway between Pisa and Firenze.

Die sehr schöne Unterkunft ist zentral und ruhig gelegen. Ideal als Ausgangsort für die Erkundung der Toscana.
Liebevoll ausgestattete Unterkunft, die auch sehr gepflegt ist.
Das Abendessen in der Unterkunft wurde nur 1x wöchentlich angeboten. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmte nicht.

Das Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe und ist von Weinreben und Cypressen umgeben. Sehr ruhige Lage. Bestens geeignet für Erholungssuchende. Im Umkreis von ca. 30 Kilometer liegen San Giminano, Volterra, Siena und viele kleinere und grössere typische toskanische Stätdchen, die zum shopen und flnieren einladen.
Eigentümer sind äusserst zuvorkommend. Sehr gepflegte Umgebung und Swimminpool.
Internetanschluss nur im Büro des Eigentümers. Frühstück mehrheitlich süsses Gebäck. Etwas mehr Abwechslung mit Salami, Käse, Eier, Schinken wäre wünschenswert. Grösseres Angebot von Hauptmahlzeiten wäre von Vorteil (nur 1 mal pro Woche, gegen Anmeldung).

Zeer mooie omgeving, heel mooi en rustig verblijf, goed onderhouden, vriendelijke uitbaters, prachtige lokatie.
Zie titel, net, vriendelijke uitbater, mooie ligging, comfort, rustig, ontspannend. Centraal gelegen om van daaruit verschillende steden te bezoeken.
Auto noodzakelijk, afgelegen, naast het zwembad weinig aantrekking voor kinderen. Het valt onder agriturismo, maar het is in feite een nieuw complex die weinig met agriturisme te maken heeft. Maar a deze zaken wegen niet op tegenover de positieve aspecten.
