We loved our stay, the location is perfect. The staff was wonderfull. The only area that lets it down is the restaurants. We thought the food was bland and very ordinary. We tried each restaurant but then went elsewhere for our evening meals. If they can get the restaurant food right it will be a perfect place. Having said that I must emphasise that it is a great place and we experienced a wonderful stay

It was a little hard to find, but eventually we did arrive. Our room was average. We enjoyed the breakfasts and dinners which were available at the restaurant. This meant we didn't have to drive at night since the roads were very dark and narrow. Pool area was lovely and spotless.
Pool area was lovely. View was spectacular and very near Assisi which was beautiful and very memorable visit.
Not easy to find. Would have been helpful if there were more road signs as once we left the highway it was not easy to locate.

Beautiful, stunning location and authentic appartments.
The food in the restaurant was very good.
Internet description led me to expect a separate bedroom (it said 2 rooms). We had 1 room with a bathroom.

A beautiful, romantic place to relax and see Italy.
We came during off season, so not alot of people and we didn't see much of the main area. Our apartment was great for us with a awesome view. We has some great homemade meal and enjoyed the wine.
The first night we didn't have any heat and We have never been so cold. We sleep so close. I don't believe I've ever tried to be that close to my husband, so that could be a good thing. It was all taken care of the next day.

Wonderful views across the plain to Asissi and Perugia. Peaceful and relaxing
Fantastic views, good sports facilities with a swimming pool and tennis courts. Walking around the grounds and the trim trail.Short walk from the village with several shops.
