Einfach herlich - so stellten und stellen wir uns Landurlaub in Italien vor!!!
Die Gegend: einfach traumhaft - sowohl fuer Landurlauber, Adriabegeisterte wie auch fuer Gourmets welche die einfache und wahre Kueche schaetzen (z.B.herrliche Steinpilze, die Olive all Ascolano und der hauseigene Wein). Die Naehe zur Adria: einfach nahe und klasse. Die Wirtin: Luigina ist mit ihrer Familie spitze! Das Fruehstueck: Jeder ist dumm wenn er es nicht (wenigstens in einem Teil des Urlaubs) nutzt. Interesse fuer die hauseigene Azienda Agricole Franginella zeigen und es ergibt sich unter Umstaenden die Gelegenheit auch Kontakt zur Wirtsfamilie zu erhalten! + Luiginas Gemuesegarten extra und nur fuer die Gaeste von Montalto Marche 492 angelegt! Sonnenreife Tomaten (mehrere Sorten) + Kraeuter + Zucchini + Auberginen + Kuerbis - molto benissimo!!!!!
Hatten wir keine - selbst ein Kaffeeautomat fuer deutschen Filterkaffe ist vorhanden (vielleicht besser reserviern da nur 1 Maschine fuer das ganze Haus!)

An idylic country holiday in a most spectacular area of Italy.
We stayed in a beautiful apartment simply but tastefully furnished with outstanding views from every window. The pool was relaxing and cared for immaculately. The gardens were superb with fresh produce waiting to be picked. Our two girls loved caring for the chickens and spotting basking lizards! The owner felt like a member of our family no one kinder or more helpful. We arrived quite stressed and left totally relaxed and would thoroughly recomend the holiday.
Not a holiday to seek if you require noisey loud nightlife and bars!

zeer gastvrij ontvangen, alle tijd voor ons. taart, wijn, fruit en eieren zijn een leuk welkomstgeschenk.
huis en tuin zien er verzorgd uit. een prachtig uitzicht, mooi landschap en binnen een half uurtje zit je aan het strand.fietsen staan ter beschikking. bij problemen of vragen word je zeer snel en vriendelijk geholpen.

Heartily recommended, especially to families with small kids!
Perfect location for families; clean, welcoming, and infinitely accommodating hosts. Location convenient to both beaches and hill town destinations. Hosts had information and maps on a large number of local points of interest.

We announce you the Innovationes from May 2010 : Free ADSL connection in each apartment and in the garden, game in order to slip, two swimming pools exclusively for our guests. the small one, circular in shape(diameter 3 - depth 0,55 metres) , which is fit expecially for children, and the great rectangular one, are surrounded by the wide garden (1500 square metres) close to the house. Good tourist accommodation
Nice country place to stay to explore region.
Method of deposit payment not suitable for North American clients because sending bank drafts is difficult and very expensive. Credit card deposits are essential to us, even if final payment is not to be by Credit Card.
