Cadre et atmosphère exceptionnels pour les amoureux de la nature, de l'Italie et du calme.
Lieu de séjour idéal conjuguant le calme de la campagne, le charme d'un paysage ouvert et varié( point de vue imprenable dans un cadre de bon goût), le confort (piscine et terrasse) et la disponibilité, la discrétion des hôtes. De nombreuse excursions culturelles et sportives à proximité .
aucun bémol.... les moustiques, certains soirs de forte chaleur efficacement chassés par les lavandes ou la citronnelle! Il manque peut-être une essoreuse à salade en cuisine...

kitchen facilities adequate but small working surface:obviously intended to eat out
The kitchen has 4 gas rings, oven, sink, fridge with freezer, plenty of cutlery and pottery. More than adequate for 4 people on holiday. I agree with Mrs. Leigh that a wider working surface could be helpful, but only if you want to have a party and invite many guests.

Molto confortevole
Pulita, calda, silenziosa, vista stupenda
Strada non molto comoda
Riguardo la strada, solo gli ultimi 400 metri sono di strada bianca, il resto è asfaltata. La manutenzione è curata, ma è comunque una strada di campagna.

Owners were friendly but accomodation isolated
The accomodation was comfortable but basic. Beautiful surroundings
The accomodation was a long way from any restaurants (most were shut in August). It would have been nice to have been able to purchase some meals or basic provisions on site.
Mrs. Ercole's suggestion has been considered: now we cater some tasty home made meals and guests are very happy with this. "Isolated" is a very personal concept, probably inadequate to our accommodation. We are at walking distance (about 1 km.) from a village with grocery, bar, post office, church. Another village with supermarket, banks, gas pump., train station, chemist's, pizzeria, and plenty of coffee bars and shops is at 2,5 km. The truth is that we are in the countryside, in a quiet place, but it would be very hard to define it as isolated.

Sise sur une colline enchantée d'où l'on aperçoit Todi, entre les champs d'oliviers et les pieds de lavande qui bordent la splendide piscine, La Todi 426 est l'endroit idéal pour se délasser et se prélasser.
De conception récente, Todi 426 est aménagée avec goût et Maurizio, le maître des lieux, sait être présent et discret à la fois.
Les principaux sites touristiques peuvent paraître un peu loin, mais c'est aussi un avantage pour qui veut échapper aux hordes estivales qui déferlent sur l'Italie.
