simple hapiness - proste szczescie
The coolest, the most positive and friendly owner EVER, good cook also! thanks Andrea! The house is rustic, simple but typical for Tuscany and very comfortable. Great big sitting room with chimney and PIANO (that we were allowed to use till late...). The garden naturally neglected but nicely inviting. Wonderful views and great strolls to do. And animals whom we loved with reciprocity...
too many singing nightingales :-)

Owner, Andrea was very pleasant and friendly. Found a common interest in photography, good food and Chianti wine. Location was very restful and quiet. Close to the cute town of Radicondoli and about 30 mins to Siena(once you know your way around!).
Had the whole main floor to ourselves, including kitchen/living area. Great kitchen facilities, very authentic, but enough modern ammenities. Was wonderful to have a clothes washer in the bathroom and plenty of places to hang up outside. Enjoyed having fresh herbs to use in our cooking.
Would have liked to have seen the outside a little more kept up, although we realized this is a farm and it was the beginning of the season.

presenetljivo prijetno
od daleč in takoj ko vstopiš v hišo je občutek zapuščenosti in starosti hiše, vendar v naslednjih 5 minutah doživiš spremembo. Občutek se spremeni v neverjetno domače počutje, vse je čisto, navidezni kaos se spremeni v načrtovan red. Že dolgo se nikjer nismo počutili tako doma kot tukaj. Pohvalno. Lastniki so prijazni.
dostopna cesta bi lahko bila boljša, vendar ni zelo moteča.

Everything we dreamed of and more!
Our stay at Radicondoli 3043 had just the right amount of relaxation and ability to visit great sights.
That we didn't book a longer stay.

Idealne miejsce na udany wypoczynek w Toskanii
W pełni wysposażona kwatera, położona blisko Radicondoli, w malowniczej dolinie. Położenie gwarantuje doskonały wypoczynek, typowy dla uroków Toskanii.Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w stosunku do ważnych miast w regionie m.in. Siena, Florencja, Pisa. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem kwatery.
Brak basenu.

We did spend 5 days at Raicondoli 3043. The stay we would evaluate as excellent. It is a very nice place for relaxing vacation. Beautiful place, nice owner. The appartment was clean,very good equiped. We would highly recommend this place.
We did like a lot the possibility to use the vegetable from the garden)

It was a pleasure to know you and your wonderful and friendly family. The design of Oscar and Julia was the best gift and we hung above the fireplace. Andrea, el propietario, estubo siempre muy amable. recuerdo los pepinos y calabacines que nos daba del huerto y las tortillas que nos hicimos.

An Unexpected Delight We have travelled extensively throughout Italy, but this is the first time we have utilized an Agritourismo facility. This is a 1920's farmhouse with all the character that implies. We travelled with another couple. Each of us had our own bedrooms on the ground floor, and we shared a country kitchen and large sitting room, bathroom with tub and separate shower off the hallway, plus a back yard looking out over Tuscan hills that were being farmed for hay.
This was a fun place to stay and great value! Andrea, the owner is friendly and has a wealth of stories if you get to know him. It is near a very 'untouristy' town, with a great local restaurant overlooking the countryside. We had dinner the first night with Andrea and some of his friends - a very enjoyable experience. We also made great use of the kitchen facilities for breakfasts and a couple of lunches. As we were travelling for a couple of weeks and had limited luggage space the washer and clothes line (really quick drying in June with great smelling clothes) were very useful.
We were surpirsed and the length and condition of the driveway. While it is actually a public road, the local authorities do not really maintain it. It is two kilometers long and very rough and dusty. But we got used to it as the week progressed.

Dopo il soggiorno cordiale e amichevole, sono rimasta molto sorpresa e delusa nel leggera la vostra opinione: voi sostenete che l’appartamento era sporco, ma tutta la biancheria che vi abbiamo consegnato era pulita; inoltre essendo in aperta campagna, con un’agricoltura biologica, non usiamo pesticidi, è quindi piccole ragnatele o insetti si annidano e riformano molto facilemente anche dopo aver appena pulito. Cmq pure voi avete lasciato l’appartamento in uno stato veramente …………..e abbiamo trovato sotti i letti, altre a immondizia varia, le bottiglie della birra che ci avete preso dalla nostra contina senza chiederci il permesso .Comunque faremo tesoro della vostra critica ---------- After the stay warm and friendly, I was very surprised and disappointed in light your opinion: you are arguing that the apartment was dirty, but linen, we have delivered was clean; also being in the open country, with an organic farming, we do not use pesticides, then small Webs or insects lurking and reorganized, very easily, even after just clean. Cmq well you did you leave the apartment in a State really ... ... ... ... ... and we found the beds, other sub-assemblies to garbage varies, bottles of beer that you have taken from our contin without asking permission. Anyway we will treasure of your criticism

- lieu calme et retiré, mais avec suffisament d'activité pour ne pas s'ennuyer. - Superbe vue. - piscine tres bien entretenue - acceuil tres sympatique
pas vraiment de point negatifs.
